Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

  1. Request a Return – To initiate a refund, submit a request including order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Return the Item – If your return request is approved, ship the item back in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Approval & Processing – Once the returned item is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may differ.
